Sparkling Barbera

Sparkling Barbera, from Traditional wines, in the Piacenza version. GRAPES – Barbera is obtained from the grape of the same name. The medium-sized pyramid-shaped bunch and the pruinose skin of an intense blue color. VINIFICATION – Soft pressing of the pomace, refinement in an autoclave, then after the second fermentation the refinement follows in the bottle. DESCRIPTION – Bonarda is a bright red, fragrant and fruity wine. Dry and full-bodied taste are the main characteristics for a wine to be drunk young in combination with grilled meats and game.
