Sparkling Gutturnio NatoBio

Gutturnio NatoBio is a DOC organic wine from the Colli Piacentini. GRAPES – 60% Barbera, 40% Bonarda produced by cultivating the vineyard scrupulously following the directives for organic production. VINIFICATION – Soft pressing with crusher-destemmer, fermentation for 4-5 days in contact with the skins in steel vats, with the addition of selected organic yeasts. DESCRIPTION – Intentionally rustic, vinous bouquet with hints of ripe red fruits. Good balance in the mouth, a marked acidity is perceived given by the youth of the wine and by the composition of the grapes used which is balanced by the sweetish taste. It has quite rough tannins softened by the intensity of the alcohol. It goes very easily with typical Piacenza cured meats, anolini in broth and beef.
