Brut Sparkling Pearl

Perla Brut is one of the sparkling wines of Nobili wines, adaptable to many consumption occasions. GRAPES – Perla Brut is obtained from the combination of Ortrugo, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. VINIFICATION – Perla Brut follows the Charmat method; the second fermentation takes place in a single autoclave and the refermentation and bottling take place in isoboric conditions. DESCRIPTION – The Perla Brut has a pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections and is dry, soft and fresh. This sparkling wine is adaptable to many occasions from an aperitif to an elegant dinner or a toast for an important occasion.
