Gutturnio Dante 45

Gutturnio Dante 45 is a DOC certified wine from the Colli Piacentini. GRAPES – 60% Barbera, 40% Bonarda. VINIFICATION – fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 4-5 days with both indigenous and selected yeasts. DESCRIPTION – intense ruby red color, violet hues, pronounced bouquet with very delicate sensations of violet and cherry. Moderately fruity flavour. Great for any occasion. Pairing: cured meats, various appetizers, savory pasta and risottos, red meats.
