Sparkling Ortrugo

The ortrugo, of the traditional wines, is typically native to the Colli Piacentini and certified D.O.C. GRAPES – Ortrugo is a vine that has always been present in the Piacenza area but was previously used as a blending grape. VINIFICATION – The Ortrugo obtained by soft pressing, immediate separation of the skins, refermentation in an autoclave in a controlled environment. DESCRIPTION – The Ortrugo has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a delicate aroma. Dry, soft taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste, excellent in combination with white meats, pasta or pizza or for an aperitif.
