Sweet Malvasia

The sweet Malvasia, of the traditional wines, is a DOC certified wine from the Colli Piacentini. Grapes – 100% Aromatic from Candia, finds its origins in Ancient Greece and the Island of Crete. VINIFICATION – Malvasia from the soft pressing of the grapes, fermented naturally in an autoclave at low temperature and in a controlled environment. DESCRIPTION – Sweet Malvasia with a straw yellow color and fruity aromas is a sweet wine with an aromatic, fresh taste that immediately reveals the softness and floral authenticity of the fruit. Excellent in combination with desserts, creams and pies.
