100% Cinsault. Fresh and drinkable red (known as "thirst wine") - ruby color - with aromas of fresh red fruits, white flowers and sweet spices. These 60-year-old vines, with a low yield, give a fresh and concentrated wine with very supple tannins. The quintessence of cinsault in schist soil. Refreshing wine to be served around 14°C, perfect for an aperitif, a spring or summer lunch.
