We create this rum from the first press of a variety of Thai sugar cane, grown sustainably in partnership with local farmers, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides and harvested manually without burning. It is then thanks to French distillation know-how and an Armagancais still manufactured and imported from France that we extract its creamy aromas. At the heart of our philosophy of natural purity, we do not add any additives, sugar, or artificial flavors.All our production takes place in Phuket in an artisanal and sustainable manner. Tasting Notes: NOSE: Fresh sugarcane juice, coconut milk. Gradual appearance of lavender notes.
