This small batch of two casks from the Chalong Bay distillery (558 bottles in total) is the very first in a collection of limited editions inspired by the Thai lunar calendar, called the Lunar Series. Each year is symbolized by an animal and 2022 is dedicated to the Tiger (Lunar Series #1) Distilled in Thailand then aged 20 months in ex-bourbon barrels in Gers (France), this rum was bottled at its natural strength. Remarkable in its precision and purity of expression, its aromatic and taste palette is becoming increasingly complex.
