Champagne - LES CHENIES - Vintage 2020 - 75 CL

An intense and atypical vintage. Composed exclusively of Pinot Noir from selected plots, then subjected to a short maceration at low temperature, this saignée rosé with a deep color will delight connoisseurs. It reveals a beautiful length in the mouth as well as notes of ripe red fruits. Champagne and food pairings: As an aperitif or as an accompaniment to a meal such as roasted veal filet mignon with sun-dried tomatoes and raspberry vinegar, simply roasted lamb, or Thai cuisine. Tasting: EYE Beautiful, dense and luminous pink color, with ruby highlights. NOSE Powerful and ample, reminiscent of black cherry and spices. PALATE Rich and voluminous with a nice freshness which gives a nice dynamism in the mouth, a tasty finish with a touch of blackcurrant and persistent raspberry.
