A true nectar with an amber color Composed exclusively of pinot noir, the Ratafia de BARFONTARC offers a palette of soft and sweet aromas such as honey, acacia flower and ripe mirabelle plum. It is particularly appreciated by gourmet palates as an aperitif. Food and ratafia pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, goes wonderfully with melon, or as an accompaniment to pan-fried or non-pan-fried foie gras.
