The robe is burgundy red with purple highlights. The nose is rich, after aeration notes of black cherries and roasting are revealed. The finish is slightly spicy with hints of liquorice. It will accompany all refined dishes. Harvest & Vinification: The harvest is manual in order to respect the integrity of the berries up to the cellar. After the harvest, the grapes are put in vats for 15 to 20 days. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels of one and two wines.
