100% Sémillon from botrytized grapes, Organic Farming Wine of France, High-end Cuvée I vinify this vintage with the idea of ​​a ripe dry wine with a very long finish: ready to drink, candied white fruits, candied lemon, complex and long.  Nose: Floral, pineapple and hazelnut notes.   Mouth: Delicate freshness, creamy texture, lingering finish.  Ideal with a seafood risotto.
