Château de Parenchère - Bordeaux Superior Red 2019

This cuvée is the classic cuvée of the Château. It comes from vines with an average age of 20 years. Produced and aged in cement vats for 18 months, the wine is not oaked to allow the aromas to express themselves as naturally as possible. With a great dominant of Merlot, this cuvée is supple and fruity but it nevertheless presents a beautiful classically Bordeaux structure. Tasting: Fleshy, supple and fruity wine with a well-defined structure. The aromas of red fruits express themselves on notes of blackcurrant and morello cherry and mingle with notes of undergrowth.
