Château de Parenchère "The Equilibrist" - Bordeaux 2021

A new vintage dominated by Cabernet Franc and produced without added sulfites, L’Equilibriste was created with the aim of revealing a very pure and expressive fruit while remaining in the Bordeaux universe. Beautiful deep, intense purple red color. The nose reveals intense aromas of small black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry) and notes of peony and violet, all on a very slightly liquorice matrix. On the palate, the attack is round, with crunchy and juicy fruits. Mineral and floral flavors continue the tasting on a subtle and silky tannic framework.
