Roseblood d'Estoublon 2019

A new grand rosé from Estoublon, Roseblood is an entirely organic wine with a strong identity: both statuary and irreverent, it is the result of a rigorous selection of the purest and most expressive juices. Pale and luminous in color, it is very lively, with assertive and refreshing minerality. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Grape varieties: 50% Grenache, 45% Cinsault, 5% Tibouren Soils: Rolled pebbles Drink now. Alcohol: 12.5% Vol. TASTING NOTE Wine with a brilliant rosewood robe. The nose is elegant and open, with delicate aromas of yellow fruit, pomelo and a raspberry finish. On the palate, we find a pleasant liveliness with a good length which affirms a nice balanced wine, all in freshness. Serve with a fresh octopus salad, a nice beef carpaccio or a creamy Apulian burrata with candied tomatoes.
