Earth Pot White 2021

The white Pot de Terre, Vin de France, is a cuvée aged and vinified in terracotta jars. It is a Maceration White. The grapes remained for a week in contact with the must in order to develop complex aromas of white-fleshed fruits and flowers. Aging in amphorae brings a lot of minerality and length in the mouth. Vinification without oenological input. The 2021 vintage is the first vintage certified in Biodynamics. Organic and Biodynamic Wine FR-BIO-01 DEMETER certified
