
Cultivation method: Organic Agriculture in conversion since 2020 and HVE3 since 2019. Cultivation is done in the traditional way using tools, without the use of weedkillers or pesticides. Grape varieties: 2020: 80% Muscadelle; 20% Semillon 2022: 80% Muscadelle; 20% Sauvignon blanc 2023: 90% Muscadelle; 10% Sauvignon Gris Winemaking and aging: Manual harvest. Vinification in barrels. Without inputs (native yeast, no SO2, no fining before application, no filtration).
