Ripe tannins introduce a nice long and persistent finish. HOW AND WITH WHAT TO SERVE IT? Serve at 18°C – 20°C. Decant half an hour before service. Accompanies grilled white meats or all meats red grilled or in sauce as well as the cheese. ON-HOLD TIME It is a wine with both a good aging potential of 20 years and tannins pleasant enough to be tasted now.
