White of Raut

Pale yellow color with silvery green nuances and a beautiful shine. Frank and pleasant nose, which mixes notes of white fruits (vineyard peach) with citrus notes (grapefruit) then come touches reminiscent of blackcurrant leaf, boxwood and acacia. On the palate, the attack is frank, fresh and distinctly restores notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus aromas. Blanc de Réaut has great liveliness on the palate and great aromatic complexity. A balanced wine to enjoy as an aperitif or to pair with oysters, salmon, seafood, charcuterie and cheese.
