Our red grape varieties flourish on these clay soils, and the white grape varieties are on boulbène (sandy-clay soil). CULTURE : The vineyard is engaged in an organic conversion. We devote a lot of our energy to working the soil. We lead the vines using simple Guyot pruning and carry out all the necessary green operations manually to obtain high-quality grapes (de-suckering, high trellising, leaf stripping and thinning if necessary).
