80% Cabernet Sauvignon 20% Merlot Full vinification in barrels (hand-picking, hand-destemming, foot-treading... the names of the participants are on the back of the label) numbered bottle (only 1700 bottles) TERROIR: Our clayey soil from Morizes is well known for being the quality raw material for the manufacture of Gironde tiles. Our red grape varieties flourish on these clayey soils, and the white grape varieties are on boulbène (sandy-clayey soil). CULTURE: The vineyard is engaged in organic conversion. We devote a lot of our energy to working the soil. We train the vines using simple Guyot pruning and carry out all the necessary green operations manually to obtain high-quality grapes (disbudding, high trellising, leaf removal and thinning if necessary).
