Passeloup

The Passeloup cuvée is a plot cuvée. The vines of this parcel are on shallow soils on blue granites, giving high quality wines. For this wine, the grapes, partly destemmed, macerated for 3 weeks, with significant extraction operations. The color is intense garnet red. On the nose, there are very marked aromas of black fruits (blackcurrant). On the palate, we find these very concentrated fruits and above all pretty tannins. Labeled HVE3 Serve at 15-16°C Keeping time: 1 to 10 years
