THE WHISPER (White)

IGP PAYS D'Oc Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Vermentino, Viogner A crystalline color with light green reflections. The nose is delicate with a floral dominance. Allowed to breathe, notes of fresh almond and eucalyptus emerge. The palate is balanced and thirst-quenching on white fruit (pear, white peach) and a hint of citrus. It goes very well as an aperitif and as a basic fish dish. All the grape varieties are vinified together. Slow fermentation with aging in vats for 4 months on fine lees.
