The structure is discreet and leaves plenty of room for the aromas to develop with pleasant simplicity. 👉 Long abandoned, the La Biodiversa estate was taken over in 2019 by Antonio, a talented agricultural engineer, who decided to grow olive trees there in biodynamic agriculture.
