Aji Limon Chilli Pepper The Aji Limon Chilli Pepper, otherwise known as the Lemon Drop Chilli is a native species or Peru. Coming from the Capsicum Baccatum species (C.Baccatum), the Aji Limon are one of many chillies in the Aji family. In Peru, Aji is the general name referring to chillies or chilli plants. Over the years we've grown this pepper, we've found that the plants are very prolific producing typically mild chillies ranging from 40,000 to 50,000 Shu (Scoville Heat Units).
