Organic wine | Pétillant-Naturel | WITHOUT ADDED SULPHITES | It is a sparkling wine obtained from 100% Chardonnay grapes with the ancestral method, that is, bottled before primary fermentation is finished, without the addition of secondary yeasts or sugars.  Intense, pleasantly fruity, crunchy, with notes of bread crust.  On the palate it is fresh, balanced and tasty, well structured and persistent, with a fruity aftertaste.
 It pairs excellently with light dishes based on fish, vegetables and fresh cheeses.  Self when consumed opalescent, it pairs excellently with pizza. Excellent as an aperitif if consumed clear
