
Our hand-wrapped 1kg Panettone represents the pinnacle of craftsmanship, characterized by the absence of candied fruit. ANDthe result of a meticulous selection of high-level ingredients, the result of in-depth studies and tastings. Made with an artisanal touch, it guarantees a soft dough that melts in the mouth, releasing all the delicate aromatic notes synonymous with Harry's Bar Panettone. We only use fresh eggs from hens raised in a 'cruelty-free' environment in our local area. The honey used comes from a small producer in the Colli Berici region. Instead of artificial flavourings, we incorporate only natural vanilla pods and Australian raisins, giving the Panettone an amber hue. Our cake rises naturally, guaranteeing a soft interior with the typical irregular cavities. On the outside it boasts a golden color, while on the inside it offers a warm yellow tone. For an optimal experience with Panettone, we recommend keeping it in its packaging until serving, allowing the flavors to fully develop before delighting in this exquisite delicacy.
