Panax Korean Ginseng, 10:1 extract, 20% ginsenosides 250mg - Equivalent of 2,500mg. Korean or Red Ginseng is currently the most commonly used form of Ginseng. The main active ingredient are Ginsenosides and have been shown to provide a range of health benefits. Ginseng is also a well-known adaptogen. 1-2 capsules daily in the morning. Avoid if you have a bleeding condition or if you are taking blood thinning medication without first consulting your GP. Ginseng should not be taken by those with an auto-immune disorder without first consulting your GP. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.
