Peruvian Maca root capsules 250mg - equivlent to 2,500mg. Maca is a natural adaptogen traditionally used to improve mood, increase energy, reduce stress and improve libido. Maca is allso contains antioxidants, minerals, protein, fibre, omega 3 fatty acids and amino acids. 2-4 capsules daily. Avoid taking late in the day to prevent sleep interuption. Maca contains glucosinolates, which may reduce your production of thyroid hormone. Consult your GP before use if you have any existing thyroid problems. Do not exceed recommended intake. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Discontinue use if adverse reactions occur.
