Coffee Annan is actively committed to creating more value in coffee regions and cooperates directly with partners in various countries in East Africa.   The ORGANIC espresso consists of high-quality coffee beans from organic farming, carefully cultivated in the Kivu region of the Democratic Republic of Congo.   This exquisite bean thrives under optimal conditions at a cultivation altitude of 1300-1800 meters.   The dark roast gives the coffee a unique taste that is perfect for fully automatic machines, portafilters and French presses.   Properly prepared, the organic espresso develops a taste of dark chocolate and a slightly spicy character.  Suitable for: fully automatic machine, portafilter, French press Growing region: Virunga, Kivu Region, Democratic Republic of Congo.  The Virunga Coffee Company relies on organic cultivation.   The most important measures include the establishment of agroforestry systems and the training of farmers in sustainable farming methods.   Additionally, the promotion of Fairtrade and organic certifications as well as improving coffee quality through training and infrastructure improvements are emphasized.  Dark roast: Gentle drum roasting on a Loring S70 Peregrine.
