Origin French grapes and the Atlantic shore Specs 70cl 43% Botanicals Pine sap, pine needles, Christ marine, angelica, grapefruit, rosemary, lemon.   Manufacturing Locally harvested ingredients, cold brewed in wine brandy, this infusion redistilled in a Charentais still is then ltered on shells oyster.   Tasting Its grape base gives it a rare creaminess for a white alcohol. 

Its successive distillations underpin his persistence and rectitude. 

His original ingredients structure a nose and very aromatic on the palate.   Finally, its filtration on oyster shells provides energy on the palate and a unique finish. 

Can be drunk alone on ice, in a dry martini or in a cocktail.
