Our Ruby chocolate, without coloring or flavoring, is naturally pink using natural cocoa beans (origin Ivory Coast, Ecuador and Brazil) with a fresh taste and notes of red fruits. This gourmet bar is made of pure cocoa butter Ruby couverture chocolate (minimum 4.5% cocoa) with dried blueberries (minimum 12%). We adhere to the "Cocoa Horizon" foundation, whose chocolates of various origins are made from raw materials from social and eco-responsible production subsidiaries. Through this program, we contribute to a sustainable future. Store in a cool (14 to 17°C) and dry place away from light and odours.
