The traditional recipe is enriched with subtle floral notes that evoke the Orient. Each bite offers a perfect balance between the sweetness of finely ground almonds, the softness of candied Cavaillon melon and the delicacy of rose, all placed on a thin sheet of unleavened bread and crowned with royal icing.
