Frosted Vanilla 20g

Vanilla picked at maturity which, after about a year of waiting, sees some frost crystals form. These crystals have twice as much vanillin as in its pod as well as a more intense taste. It is used by the greatest chefs! Frosted vanilla is a rare product and therefore more expensive to buy but will last longer than a classic pod. Where you will use a whole pod for simple vanilla, here you will only use a quarter! Tubes containing 4 to 6 frosted vanilla pods (depending on their weight).
