Cyprianus

We were inspired by a folk healer, a collector, an educated traveler, a designer, Cyprian, who lived in Austria-Hungary from 1724 to 1775 as a Kamandul monk living in the Red Monastery. He was exceptional especially in the field of medicine, pharmacy, alchemy and botany. Due to his healing abilities, he was sought after by people from the then Austro-Hungarian monarchy. It is most famous for its 97-page herbarium, which contains 283 pressed plants from the surrounding mountains, but also from the far reaches. Herbarium wrote in four languages: in Greek, Latin, German and the local dialect. He did not forget to state the healing effect of each plant.

Our products are dermatologically tested and not tested on animals. All our products are certified according to European Union regulations.
We currently operate one of our own stone shops and two franchises. In addition to cosmetics, you will find a wide selection of semi-precious stones and stone products, aromatic candles and gift items in the stone shops.

We make products by hand and with love, which gives uniqueness to every single piece produced.
