Smoked Chipotle Oil

Just the right oil for chilli lovers, fiery hot and smoky note from the Chipotle chili. The chillies for my oils are ordered fresh from growers in Germany and Hungary and are gently dried in my factory to preserve the taste and spiciness. the olive oil comes from a small refinery in Tuscany. Together, the oil is heated several times for a few hours to exactly 60° Celsius and then cooled down again so that the chili releases all the essential oils and its full flavor into the oil. The oil is very hot and should only be used drop by drop with great care.
