The Dahoam Manufactory is a small manufactory in Lower Bavaria near Passau. We produce high-quality chilli oils entirely by hand.
The topic of regionality and sustainability is very important to us, which is why we attach great importance to the fact that our components, such as oil, are not industrial goods. We use high-quality extra virgin olive oil from a small Tuscan oil refinery and we source our chillies from breeding clubs in Germany and Hungary.
