Sharp Pearl Oil

Just the right oil for chilli lovers, fiery hot and smoky note from the Chipotle chili. The chillies for my oils are ordered fresh from growers in Germany and Hungary and gently dried in my factory so that the taste and spiciness are preserved. the olive oil comes from a small refinery in Tuscany. Together, the oil is heated several times for a few hours to exactly 60° Celsius and then cooled down again so that the chili releases all the essential oils and its full flavor into the oil. The oil is very hot and should only be used very carefully, drop by drop.
