Our decaffeinated Mexican espresso is decaffeinated purely organically. The green coffee is first moistened with water. In an extraction trough, the caffeine is then removed from the green coffee by circulating, liquid source carbon dioxide under high pressure. The coffee is then gently dried before it is refined into roasted espresso.
