Organic harvest beer (2023)

delabonne IPL Bio (India Pale Lager) is a heavily hopped beer that finds its balance between powerful aromas, a fairly low alcohol level and moderate bitterness.  This English IPL style IPL is golden, it offers herbaceous and floral aromas thanks to Cascade and Aramis hops.  Note the use of a bottom fermentation yeast.  This beer is brewed with barley and hops from the Louasville farm.
