A tea from the Fujian region whose leaves smoked with spruce bring this note so typical of wood fire and leather. Intense but well balanced and fine on the palate. Weakly caffeinated. It can be enjoyed during a meal and used in cooking, ideal with salmon. Our Lapsang Souchong is characteristic of the "Tarry": the smoky note is very present, without diminishing the elegance on the palate. Our boxes are in neutral tinplate, completely hermetic, with a double lid.
