Full - Circle Circular Gin The gin is made from orange peels from the hotel industry. 

We also used leftover herbs, giving kaffir lime leaves, cardamom leaves and shiso leaves a second life. 

These residues come from a local producer. 

The result is a wonderfully smooth citrus gin with a surprising herbal note.

Our story begins in the vibrant streets of Amsterdam, where two former psychology students, Branco and Stijn, not only explored the human psyche during their studies but also worked in the diverse world of gastronomy. In the alleys of Amsterdam, in restaurants and bars, not only food was served, but also a deep passion for sustainable living was nurtured. 

Branco and Stijn shared the dream of promoting sustainable practices while celebrating culinary pleasures. 

This is how the idea was born to create a special liqueur from organic orange peels and halves that were previously used in bars, cafés and restaurants for juices and drinks. Full Circle / Where sustainability meets enjoyment Our journey begins with our dedicated employees riding cargo bikes through Amsterdam every week to collect the shells and halves. 

These come from the heart of the city's culinary scene and are lovingly reused rather than wasted. 

It is not only a gesture of sustainability, but also a tribute to the diversity and taste that Amsterdam has to offer. In our distillery, each orange is carefully treated by hand. 

Only the top layer of each shell is peeled off in a very thin layer - an art that requires precision and experience. 

Why? 

Because just beneath this layer lurk bitter compounds while the rest is fermented to develop unique nuances. These wafer-thin shells are then stored in pure alcohol with a selection of special herbs for about six weeks. 

This process, combined with traditional craftsmanship and innovative approaches, gives our liqueur not only its incomparable taste, but also its soul.

Cucumber and elderflower go perfectly with the fresh character of the gin. 

The grapefruit provides a citrus kick and a little bitterness. Preparation: 1. 

Fill a large glass with plenty of ice 2. 

Add 50 ml Circulaire Gin 3. 

Fill the glass with 150 ml of elderflower tonic 4. 

Add a thin slice of cucumber and a wheel of grapefruit 5.
