The "Tradition" white cuvée is made from Sauvignon (85% white and 15% gray).Marie Claude and Patrick PENAUD are recognized for being one of the best producers of white wines in the Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. It offers you a dry, very fruity and subtly fatty white wine. It goes wonderfully with shellfish, fish and even soft (chamber) cheeses. Tasting: A nose characterized by exotic notes, a delicious, fruity and supple mouth Food/wine pairing: To be enjoyed with seafood and shellfish, it will also be sufficient on its own as an aperitif. To be discovered with soft cheeses, at room temperature at the end of the meal Tasting advice: Serve chilled between 6 and 8°C. Best consumed within two years.
