Château Bois Vert Cuvée Prestige - Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux

Aged in oak barrels for almost a year, this flattering wine is characterized by an excellent balance between aromas of ripe black fruits and supple, fatty tannins.  Our red wine "Cuvée Prestige" has nothing to envy of certain wines from more prestigious appellations...             This flattering and generous red wine will seduce you with its harmonious notes of spices, roasting and ripe fruit.  Very well balanced, the Cuvée Prestige is rich and long in the mouth.  Food/wine pairing: Will pair perfectly with spicy cheeses, red meats, game meats, rack of lamb.  It will also surprise you with sturgeon cooked with a red wine sauce.             Decant one hour before serving.  Best consumed within 8 to 10 years.
