Bottling: After fining, filtration on plates. Tasting: Color: brilliant color of a beautiful deep ruby with garnet reflections. Perfume: nose presenting an intense bouquet of spices, pepper and musk then licorice and black fruits. Taste: mouth with a tight and powerful tannic structure, great balance and beautiful continuity leading to a long finish of licorice and spices.
