The coffee used in this Cold Brew comes from Saulo Zeledón's El Cipres farm in the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua. Saulo grows coffee in an agroforestry system, using only organic products without the use of chemical inputs. In terms of farm management, he also focused on the water cycle by reusing rainwater and setting up a wastewater treatment system. These measures have a positive effect on biodiversity, on our health and on that of farm workers. Region: Matagalpa Process: 1/2 Natural Anaerobic, 2/3 Washed. Aromatic profile: A smooth and light Cold Brew with delicate notes of apples and brioche. Eat fresh! Store in a cool place after opening and consume within 3 months.
