Ethiopia Natural from the Guji region, a Cold Brew with beautiful notes of raspberries and candied lemon. Origin: Ethiopia Region: Guji Altitude: 1900 - 2200m Varieties: Enat Buna, JARC 74112 Treatment: Natural (slow drying) The coffee cherries are picked when ripe and by hand. The harvest period is later and extended than usual because the crops are under shade. The cherries are dried on African beds, initially for 3 days in the sun, then in the shade, before being stored 8 weeks later in bags. Eat fresh!
