The Grande Cuvée Emré “AOC olive oil from Languedoc” with intense fruitiness and a beautiful complexity of dominant aromas of tomato and almond, top aromas of Olivier and the highlighted aromas long in the mouth of Picholine. The excellent complementarity of these olive oils makes it possible to create an exceptional vintage where cut grass exudes, punctuated by the presence of spiciness and a touch of bitterness. This pure fruit juice is obtained during a first cold extraction which guarantees exceptional quality. Our products are organically farmed. Nothing like a simple drizzle of Grande Cuvée Emré olive oil on steamed vegetables or on a cooked dish at the end of cooking to enhance the dish with a subtle flavor. It exudes your fresh vegetable salads. Also used for cooking at high temperatures, up to 210°C, olive oil retains its good health benefits. Store away from light and heat.
