With its golden yellow color and very floral nose, exuding captivating notes of orange blossom, each sip transports you to a garden of aromatic delights. This Muscat offers a beautiful balance until the finish, carried on the nose and on the palate by discreet and elegant notes of white flowers and apricot. 

Freshness dominates, the aromas of fruit and flowers harmonize on an ample finish with remarkable length. 

You will appreciate the good balance between the sensations of alcohol, the sweetness of the sugar and the acidity, with delicate notes of dried fruits, grapes and apricot. The vinification of our Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise "Mathys" is a particular process, beginning in the classic way with immediate pressing of the bunches, followed by settling and fermentation at low temperature. 

The "mutage" phase, essential to maintain at least 100 grams of residual sugar per liter, then occurs. 

The entire process takes place in stainless steel vats, thus ensuring the preservation of delicate aromas. 

The wine is then filtered and quickly bottled to preserve its freshness and aromatic character. Food and wine: Classic pairings: Foie gras, fruit desserts (apricot tart, fresh fruit salad), desserts made with dried fruits (almonds, hazelnuts).   Mediterranean pairings: Oriental pastries (baklava, makrout), honey-based desserts (almond pastilla).   Vegetarian pairings: Fresh fruit salad with a touch of mint Cheeses: Soft and washed rind cheeses (Munster, Epoisses), mild blue cheeses (Roquefort, mild Gorgonzola).
